Start by sending me a few lines about what you want us to have a look at - or let's have a short introductory conversation. The process always begins with me sending you detailed information about the process. You will receive a test kit and through a saliva sample, your levels of available hormones will be tested and measured. This test is sent for analysis to Verisana, a reputable German clinical laboratory. For the United States Verisana have their own in-country laboratory. The results will be delivered to me after 2-3 weeks. 

The following levels of free active hormones are measured: 

Cortisol (stress hormone), 

Estriol,

 Estradiol, 

Progesterone,

 DHEA, 

 Testosterone. 

You take the test at home and a thorough guide will be sent to you.

I will also send you a comprehensive questionnaire/symptom form, which you will complete and return to me. After that, we will schedule an appointment for the first consultation. This consultation can take place in my clinic or via Facetime/Zoom/Skype or phone. The consultation will be a review of your test results, questionnaire, assessment and the plan for your future.

After the first consultation we will schedule a second consultation - typically 1-3 months later. Here we will talk about how you are doing and if any adjustments need to be made to the plan etc. 

This consultation will be over the phone/Zoom/Skype. 

In between the first and second consultations you are welcome to ask any questions you might have via email.
